Siobhan Bredin
Siobhan writes, produces and acts in original 1940's-style radio mystery plays.
In this staged reading at April 2010 Cambridge Open Studios, actors will read from the script as though they and the audience were in a radio studio, as in the golden days of radio. Period music and live sound effects will heighten the drama and mystery of the performance.
Siobhan's previous radio plays include:
- The Sinister Seance Swindle Scenario (2009), about a fraudulent medium (or was she?) in 1919 Boston. Audio recording: http://www.cctvcambridge.org/node/31623
- The Missing Mayan Manuscript Mystery (2007), about the theft of a rare artifact from an archeological dig in 1920’s Mexico
- The Bletchley Park Enigma Caper (2005), about code breaking in England during World War II
