UNDERSTANDING CONTEMPORARY OIL PAINTING MATERIALS
Lanie Wurzel, educational presentation on Gamblin Oil Colors. This 90 minute presentation will cover all aspects of oil paints, mediums and varnishes, including:

About the Presenter
Lanie Wurzel received her BA from Brown University and her MFA from Boston University. She has been an instructor at The University of New Hampshire, Massachusetts College of Art and the Rhode Island School of Design, where she currently teaches painting and methods & materials. She is represented by Russell Projects in Richmond, VA and had a solo show in January 2010. Lanie was a finalist and grant recipient for a Massachusetts Cultural Council Award in 2010 and was a June resident at The Vermont Studio Center. She has participated in numerous group exhibitions in NY New York, Boston MA, Providence, RI, and Richmond, VA. You can see Lanie’s work at
