The show will feature more of my “Small Box Paintings.” I continue to paint some with natural elements but have also been experimenting with 50’s modern textures and colors which has been a lot of fun.
Also hanging will be a series of “Handpainted Photograph Paintings”. An avid genealogist, I’ve been pouring through old photos and bringing tiny 2x2 photos to life with paint after enlarging the images and printing them on paper. I’ll also include a larger 2x3 foot image of my daughter where I make a collage of the photo in a large scale format and then paint it.
